Our staff specializes in the following areas:

Civil Engineering: 
Koestner Associates engineers are graduates with civil engineering degrees and professional licenses in the state of New Jersey who keep current with continuing education.  Their combined experience exceeds 60 years of site engineering and design, feasibility analysis, land development, professional planning, zoning analysis and stormwater management.

Land Surveying:
Our land surveyors utilize state-of-the-art advanced surveying instruments and the latest technology for data analysis in the field and office.  Whether your property is an urban residential plot or expansive commercial acreage, our field crew will perform the services you need in a timely manner, including location surveys, marking out property corners, topographic surveys, construction stakeouts and final as-built surveys. 

AutoCAD / Design & Drafting:
Koestner Associates design and drafting personnel includes graduates with engineering and architecture degrees who interface with other design professionals and use the latest software to produce high-quality presentation documents.  Working closely with those involved in your project, drawings and any necessary changes to them are produced quickly and effectively.

Project Management:
For nearly a century Koestner Associates has managed engineering projects ranging in size from the siting of a new dwelling to the design of a septic system or parking lot, to staking out large subdivisions and commercial developments. Our Project Managers are experienced at interfacing with all state agencies that may be involved with your project, and with all levels of contractors.
